Instructions for use
ArkShield Pre is a concentrated pre-milking
teat disinfectant. DO NOT USE
undiluted. Dilute with clean potable water
before use, either manually or using a
calibrated mixer device.
Recommended dilution rates:
Our recommendation is to dilute at 4:1 (4
parts water to 1 part ArkShield Pre) for
maximum disinfection.
Application method:
• Fill dip cup or foaming dip cup two thirds
full and immerse each teat,
ensuring complete coverage OR spray
the full length of each teat using an
automated or manual spray system.
• Allow a minimum contact time of 30
seconds.
• Dry teats thoroughly using a clean paper
towel before applying clusters.
Note: Dip cups should be emptied after
use and washed before re-use.
The diluted product remains effective for
12 months and must be disposed of and
refreshed after 12 months.
